My name is Tom Grable, owner of Grable Construction. I want to assure you that when looking for an experienced contractor to build your new home, you’ll find that doing business with my company will be a very positive experience from start to finish. 
I’ve been a professional home builder, remodeler, and contractor in the Washington and Pittsburgh area for 42 years, and we do something unique in custom home building - we eliminate most of the problems homeowners typically have trying to find, hire, evaluate, and work with a general or home building contractor. 
All of my projects are done using the design-build method of project delivery. This process has been proven by a study at Penn State to reduce project time and delays and virtually eliminate cost overruns and budget-busting surprises. This guarantees that everything is built correctly and to code or better. I have systems in place to assure this. 
I recognize that most people get a bit uneasy while they are looking for and working with a general contractor.
