You can also choose to go with modular construction. Work with us to select the home you would like and even customize it to suit your needs. These homes are built as well and, in some respects, better than site-built homes. Modular can save 10% to 15% over site-built homes and save months of time. Work with us to design your home and our engineers design the foundation. We do the excavation, foundation work whether concrete block, poured concrete, or precast, plumbing, electrical, garages, porches, etc. to prepare for the delivery of your new home, as well as all the finish work that is needed after it is set. Any brick or stone work, some or all of the siding, and landscaping are done on site.
